2. SERVICE QUOTATIONS & BOOKINGS

• Estimates: Any price estimates provided on the website are preliminary. A final quote will only be issued after a physical site audit by a Brewzen expert.

• Audit Fees: We may charge a nominal fee for site inspections/structural audits, which may or may not be refundable against the final project cost, depending on the specific agreement.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information regarding property dimensions and existing structural issues.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment Schedule: Payments are typically divided into milestones (e.g., Advance, Work-in-Progress, and Completion).

• Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Delays: Failure to release payments as per the agreed milestones may result in the suspension of work on-site.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding contract in India.

• You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and legal access to the site for inspections and execution of work.

• You must obtain all necessary local municipal or society permissions required for the work to commence.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• Service Cancellation: Once materials are dispatched to the site or work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.

• Notice: Any request to reschedule or cancel a site audit must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, logos, architectural drawings, and images—is the property of Neera Projects LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for third-party projects without explicit written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Brewzen acts with professional due diligence; however, we are not liable for structural damages caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed during the audit.

8. WARRANTY
